She has been dedicated to serving her clients and students with a DIY website that provided a quick solution for her needs at the time. Over the years, her business has grown significantly into a popular salon and training company. Now, she wants to update her visual identity and transform her brand to reflect a fresh image that is more aligned with her new business direction.
She shared several features she desired for her new branding, and her professional photos inspired the overall visual direction. Together, we developed a plan of action to design a new website that not only showcases her services but also streamlines the customer experience.

The New Vision
An attractive website was at the top of Chanesa’s list, and she aimed to integrate the booking system she already uses into her new site, ensuring an easy transition for her existing clients.
We added a client testimonial feature to uniquely showcase her appreciation.
Integrated a lookbook feature that showcased her portfolio of hairstyles she has styled for visual inspiration to clients.
She wanted to reintroduce Chanesa and share the salon's history.
Introduced her new training academy to her community with a customer-integrated opt-in form to request information and build on her list for inquiries, future follow-ups, and opportunities to connect.
We Incorporated a blog feature to share valuable information and increase her online visibility.
Brand Mood & Style Sheet
I was excited to take on this design project and help bring her vision to life. We began by revamping her Brand Kit, which included updating the logo, selecting colors and fonts, and creating a cohesive look and feel that she wanted her clients to experience. This process involved defining key messaging, professionally editing photos, designing a new logo, and creating graphics to showcase the exceptional work and skills that Chanesa offers to her students and clients.
